This is a plain-language summary of how CoachTab handles personal data. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and it will grow into a fuller policy over time — this page covers what's true about the platform today.
CoachTab is operated by SIA MONLAB (registration No. 40203265179), a company registered in Latvia. CoachTab is a booking and class-pass platform for independent fitness trainers — each trainer runs their own "workspace", their own schedule, client list and bookings, kept separate from every other trainer on the platform.
Trainer accounts: name, email address, and whatever business details a trainer adds to their own workspace (schedule, pricing, bio).
Clients booking a class: name and phone number (required to book), and email address (optional). This is provided directly by the client on a trainer's public booking page.
Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, kept briefly for abuse prevention (rate limiting) and debugging.
A client's booking and contact details are visible to the trainer whose class they booked — that's the whole point of the booking page. CoachTab, as the platform operator, can access data to operate and support the service, but does not sell it or use it for advertising.
Sending emails (booking confirmations, account emails) is handled by Resend. Error monitoring is handled by Sentry — request details sent there have query strings and cookies stripped before they leave our servers. The application itself runs on a server operated by Hetzner. None of these providers use CoachTab data for their own purposes.
Data is kept for as long as a trainer's workspace is active. There is no automated deletion yet — if you want your data removed sooner, contact us (see below) and we'll handle it manually.
CoachTab sets its own cookies to keep you logged in (trainer dashboard) or to remember your booking session (public booking pages) — nothing else. There are no third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
